 Behavioral Medicine and Biofeedback Consultants, Inc. is a
group of behavioral health specialists working together to treat a wide
variety of mental health and stress-related medical conditions.
Stress, pain, depression,
anxiety, family issues and substance abuse are a few of the conditions
that we treat via counseling, behavioral medicine techniques, and
biofeedback.
The interconnection
between the mind and body is well known; each can and often does influence
the other. For example, stress can worsen or even cause physical illness
and may prevent recovery, and physical illness can lead to psychological
distress including depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Up
to two-thirds of physician visits are stress related.

this interconnection, psychological and behavioral services can complement
