Fees, Credit & Insurance

Our services are often covered in part or in full by insurance. We will do everything possible to obtain the maximum coverage for the patient. Any portion of the fee that the insurance does not cover is the responsibility of the patient.

If you have any questions about fees or insurance, please do not hesitate to ask to speak with the office manager. We are always here to help, and we pride ourselves on offering quality care at a reasonable fee.

Confidentiality

The patient’s privacy is very important to us. There are times, however, when it is necessary to release information to assist the client, such as to the insurance carrier for payment of claims and/or to the referring doctor.

No one may have access to the client’s record without his/her permission. Exceptions to this include cases where there is imminent danger to the client or another individual; suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult (disabled or elderly); worker's compensation cases where the employer or their representative or attorney requests your records or other information; or an order from the court.
